As the Convent Plant Supervisor you will have direct responsibility for managing and maintaining production activities, product quality and plant equipment. You will also work in coordination with the Terminals and LA Plant Manager on EHS, budgeting and executing Operational and Capital Expenditure (OPEX/CAPEX), strategic site planning, customer service, and inventory management. The typical plant schedule is Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with nights and weekends, when required. This may include a split shift to meet production demands. Position reports to the U.S. Terminals Manager.
As a Driver / Production Operator you will maintain and operate a tanker truck. You will also operate pumping stations to mix raw materials, load / unload tanker trucks and railcars, and perform a variety of chemical production and warehouse duties. All, as needed.

As our Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist you will be an integral part of the operations team, championing the continuous improvement of ArrMaz’s North American safety culture.
As a Sales Manager, Crop Nutrition - Coatings you will represent ArrMaz in North America from a sales and service perspective while developing and implementing a strategic growth strategy for sales to fertilizer blenders and distributors throughout North America with a concentration in the Northern Midwest and Canada. Complete customer satisfaction and relationship building will be your primary responsibility. Regular schedule is Mon-Fri days but must be able to travel 50-75% and work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to run product tests at customer sites. (Work days are often not complete until job is done or equipment is working.)
The Engineering Technician will spend substantial time in the lab performing aggregate and mix design functions. The Engineering Technician will develop skills to report and manage mix design capabilities. The Engineering Technician will be capable of supporting and leading certification training and testing for AAP R-18 and industry/agency standards including building and maintaining SOP’s. The Engineering Technician may develop new test methods for hot mix asphalt and assist with advancements in moisture damage test.
