As the New Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the efforts to launch new solutions to the fertilizer industry. This position will work closely with the fertilizer marketing manager, communications manager and sales groups to identify new product opportunities for the downstream fertilizer market and bring those opportunities to market.
As the Business Development Manager, you will identify, prioritize, and commercialize new industries for growth that leverage ArrMaz’s strategic assets and capabilities. This position will take the lead in developing potential business models that help win in new industries and develop go-to-market strategies and implementing them. This will include developing strategic partnerships and working with ArrMaz’s executive leadership team to commercialize the opportunity.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities. Work hours: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, 4 days per week, rotating. One Week – Monday – Thursday and the next week Tuesday – Friday. On-call on a rotating basis about every 4-6 weeks from Tuesday morning to the following Tuesday morning.
While on-call, must remain within one-hour from the plant and must refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages. (Hours subject to change)
As the Maintenance Reliability Manager you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and quality work is performed to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the plant systems and equipment, aggressively moving toward a world-class preventive/predictive maintenance operation. Meet and exceed the needs of Operations and Engineering, providing the highest level of customer driven support. Active participant in the Plant Leadership Team to guide change management, develop and implement the company business and operating strategy, and engage employee teamwork.
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing efforts for our fertilizer industries using research and planning in order to help find new product opportunities, identify new markets, gain market share and promote the ArrMaz brand.
Road Science, a Division of ArrMaz, is looking for a sales professional who can help us grow. As an Account Manager you will provide a consultative sales approach to build and maintain relationships with key individuals within the asphalt industry (contractors, asphalt emulsion producers, government agencies, roofing manufacturers, consulting engineers, and other current and potential clients). You will help to ensure the success of our customers by staying close to them, knowing their business and being a trusted advisor. This position will be responsible for a multi-state territory within the Inter-Mountain Western Region of the US. The territory currently consists of accounts primarily located in ID, WY, MT, UT, CO, and NM and the Account Manager must have the ability to travel regularly by air and automobile within the assigned territory.
In this position you will support regulatory compliance requirements for hazard communication and shipping of samples and commercial products. The primary focus of this role is to prepare hazard communication documents, specifically safety data sheets (SDS’s) and package hazard labels for domestic and global shipments.
As a Mining Lab Technician you will perform a variety of routine analytical and physical testing on mining materials, research and development samples and finished products. You will also make detailed observations and provide basic interpretation of data and accurate reporting of results.
In this position, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analytical functions and activities as assigned at corporate and divisional levels including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and ad hoc analysis. You will also be responsible for recommending, implementing and maintaining appropriate financial and administrative systems and processes at the corporate level.
